The exact metals used have not been specified however it is likely to include gold. This color shade is produced in the United States of America.
This aura crystal has been named Paraiba after the ‘electric blue’ colored Cuprian Elbaite Tourmaline known as Paraiba Tourmaline which is found in Paraiba, Brazil.
