Staurolite is a complex mineral containing iron, manganese, zinc aluminum, and silicon. The characteristic formation is cross-shaped, cruciform twins. The color range is red/brown, dark brown to brownish/black.
It can occur with crystals such as Almandine Garnet and Kyanite.
The frequency of Staurolite connects to the base, third eye, and crown chakras.
